Our food philosophy centres on showcasing the very best of the Hunter. We proudly source 85% of our produce and beverages from within 300km of the region - partnering with local farmers, makers, and suppliers to deliver a truly regional experience.
From sustainably sourced seafood and premium local beef to small-batch cheeses and award-winning Hunter wines, every ingredient reflects the care and quality of our community.
We focus on wholesome, feel-good food made fresh with seasonal ingredients, artisan products, and minimal processing.
