The Blackbutt Multipurpose Community Facility is located in the main reserve area, conveniently placed to be able to enjoy all that Carnley Reserve has to offer!
Best access is via Carnley Ave, Kotara.
It is a short walk from the Carnley Ave carpark.

The facility can be hired between the hours of 8am and 6:30pm most days.
It is to be noted that the Carnley Ave carpark is locked at 7pm.
You need to include set up and pack up time as part of your hire hours.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be cancelled prior to the event by either logging into your Bookable account, or by emailing [email protected].

When you book the Multipurpose Facility, you secure exclusive use of the room for your event.
The room is to be left as you found it.
Chairs, tables and whiteboard are all within the storage area.
You will need to include time in your room hire to set up and pack up these chairs, tables and white boards.
The room has:
- Kitchenette with Zip tap (instant boiling or cold water)
- TV with audio-visual sound system and hearing aid loop.
- Chairs and tables
- Whiteboard
- Air conditioning
- Ceiling fan
- Guest Wifi
- Floor to ceiling windows with curtains
The Security Bond will be retained if:
- the room and/or any items associated with the room (chairs, tables, whiteboard etc) are damaged
- rubbish is left in the room
- items are hung on the walls or windows (sticky residue remains)
We request that all rubbish is collected and removed from room at the end of your hire. Bins are provided around the reserve and in the carpark for your rubbish.
We request that no materials are to be hung / stuck to walls or windows.
We request the room is treated with kindness and no damage occurs.
The Blackbutt Multipurpose Facility and its surrounds are a non smoking / vaping area.
