FutureFit Internship Program Semester 2, 2025.
Our Future Fit Internship Program is designed to support university students completing their Career-ready Placement course. This program offers 140 hours of practical experience over 7 weeks, giving interns valuable exposure to real work environments and the opportunity to develop in-demand skills. Interns are hosted by teams across CN, where you gain insight into your chosen field while collaborating with peers on multidisciplinary projects that address real challenges facing the city.
Through your work, you'll have a behind the scenes pass to Newcastle's evolution as you shape our future as a liveable, inclusive city.
Key Details:
- Placement period: 11 August - 26 September 2025
- Commitment: Tuesdays (9am - 4:30pm) are mandatory
- Remaining hours: Scheduled flexibly with your host team
- Type: Unpaid work experience
