Bins & Waste

Report missed collections, illegal dumping, or issues with broken, stolen, or missing bins.

If your bin was out but has not been collected by 4pm on your regular collection day, you can report a missed service.

If your bin is damaged, let us know. We will repair it for free.

If you think one of your bins has been stolen, or your bin is missing, we can organise a replacement bin.

If you see waste dumped in a public place, let us know.

Report a dead animal on the road, or on council-owned land, so we can arrange removal.

Note we do not remove dead animals from private property. Contact your local vet for assistance if needed.

We offer free waste education activities for schools and community groups.

Class Excursions: Tour the Summerhill Waste Management Centre (Stage 2 and above).
Class Incursions: Classroom talks on recycling, composting, and more (Kindergarten to Year 12).
Waste Audits: Conduct a hands-on waste audit with free equipment loan.
Community Talks and Tours: Arrange for our educators to present to your group or provide a guided tour of Summerhill.
