Tenders

The City of Newcastle (CN) uses an electronic tendering service called eProcure. This online tendering system streamlines the tendering process and reduces paper usage. Details of CN's current tenders are available at the eProcure website .

All tenders are carried out in accordance with Council's Conditions of Tendering (PDF).

All suppliers, service providers and contractors must abide by City of Newcastle's Statement of Business Ethics in their business dealings with Council. Successful tenderers will also be bound by the relevant provisions in Code of Conduct.
