  • Class 1 aquaculture development;
  • Potentially hazardous or potentially offensive development; or
  • Demolition in Heritage Conservation Area.

Proposed Licence to Newcastle Surf Life Saving Club Incorporated of 42A Shortland Esplanade, Newcastle

The City of Newcastle is inviting comments on a proposed Licence of part of Lot 7061 DP 1118737 (42A Shortland Esplanade, Newcastle NSW 2300) to Newcastle Surf Life Saving Club Incorporated for the purpose of providing temporary licensed events for a period of 12 months.

The grant of the Licence is subject to Division 2 of Part 2 of Chapter 6 of the Local Government Act 1993.
