Planning, Transport and Regulation (PTR) is a multi-disciplinary unit that leads strategic planning, development assessment and regulatory processes across the Newcastle Local Government Area. Our Development eNews is designed to help inform planners, developers, architects, design houses and the community about State and Local Government development related information, including strategic planning initiatives, legislative changes, local development statistics, regulatory requirements as well getting to know PTR.
