Thank you for your missed waste notification
Thank you for notifying us of your missed bin collection. Your request will be processed by our Waste Services team, or by our recycling contractor if you have lodged a missed yellow bin service. If you supplied an email address, please check your inbox for a copy of your request.
We endeavour to service reported missed bins within three business days of receiving notification. Please leave your bin on the kerb until it has been serviced.
Please note: if you lodged a missed service request more than two business days after your regular collection day, your bins will not be serviced until your next scheduled collection.
