Your claim has been forwarded to the City of Newcastle's claims management provider JLT Risk Solutions, who are an independent claims management service for the management and determination of the City of Newcastle's legal liability in respect of your claim.

Acceptance of this claim form is not an acceptance of liability from the City of Newcastle. All claims are assessed on their own merit.
