Street stalls are used by community based and not for profit organisations for the selling of goods and services in a public place. A street stall is limited to temporary occupations of a designated area.

Council encourages the establishment of outdoor trading areas in locations throughout Newcastle. There are guidelines you need to follow to get approval to establish an outdoor trading area.
