Environment Grants support activities that improve Newcastle’s environment by expanding our urban forest through revegetation initiatives, greening streets, parks open space and providing increased pollinator habitat throughout the city.

Applications open Monday, 2 June (9am) and close Sunday, 29 June (midnight) 2025. A link to apply will be available here when applications open.

Community workshops, including a Q&A session, are scheduled as outlined below to provide an overview of the Grants and Sponsorship programs opening for application in June. Registration is required
