We offer free courses designed to help riders develop the skills and confidence to maintain their bikes and ride safely with confidence.
Bike maintenance courses
These hands-on courses are run by professional bike mechanics and are suitable for everyone, whether you're new to bike maintenance or already have some experience. The training is delivered over two sessions, and you're welcome to attend just one or both.
Cycling skills courses
These practical courses are led by experienced trainers and are designed to build your confidence and skills on the bike. Whether you're just getting started or looking to sharpen your on-road riding, we offer two courses tailored to suit different experience levels. Learn to ride safely, navigate roads with confidence, and enjoy cycling for fun, fitness or everyday transport.

- Courses are free, however registrations are essential for all courses.

- A light afternoon tea will be provided at all courses.
- For all courses, please bring a street-legal bike (e-bikes are welcome) and helmet. For cycling skills sessions wear comfortable clothing suitable for riding.
