Smart collaboration brings people together to share ideas through events, symposiums and forums – where information and ideas are shared and collaboration is embraced.

Investment includes:

The establishment of research partnerships to guide the City of Newcastle in implementing cutting-edge technologies.
Launching a Living Lab to encourage collaboration and innovation to solve City issues.
Establishment of an Internet of Things (IoT) Sensor Lab with local industrial designers and technologists to create an integrated product that provides sensor access to the City Centre.
