Business-rated or Non-Rateable properties: Commercial Waste Services

If you've moved into a property where there is no kerbside bin service in place, such as a brand new home, you'll need to apply for a set of new bins.

As part of the waste management services charge levied against property rates, the standard bin service entitlement varies as shown in the table below. Any additional services are provided, upon application, on a fee-for-service basis.

Non-rateable	Properties exempt from rating are not entitled to a kerbside bin service. To apply for bins on a fee-for-service basis, please view our Commercial Waste Services information.
